Mrunal Thakur, Yami Gautam, Shamita Shetty, Bhagyashree, Alaya F, Babil Khan, Huma Qureshi and others stole the show on Day 5 of Lakme Fashion Week 2022.
The FDCI X Lakme Fashion Week Day 5 witnessed a starry assemblage of celebrities walking the ramp for renowned designers. On Day 5, the grand finale of the fashion week, Yami Gautam, Shamita Shetty, Mrunal Thakur, Irrfan Khan’s son Babil Khan, Alaya F, Bhagyashree and others turned showstoppers for various couturiers.
Mrunal Thakur was the showstopper for designer Rajesh Pratap Singh at LFW. She wore unconventional formal wear which was a combination of a saree and a blazer. Her navy blue pants cinched at the waist with a belt further extended upwards like a saree pallu draped on one shoulder. The elaborate train was paired with a white shirt. The look was completed with a pair of high heels.
Babil Khan, who marked his debut with the film Qala, was among the showstoppers at the LFW Grand Finale. The actor in designer Pawan Sachdeva‘s couture, in grey and black separates paired with a black zipper T-shirt. The printed coat and pants had black detailings over it.
Shamita Shetty walked the ramp for designer Rina Dhaka in a multi-hued floral printed skirt with a thigh-high slit. The floor-grazing skirt was paired with an intricately embroidered sheer top with bulky sleeves and a floral bralette. The outfit explicitly evoked floral vibes.
